Michael Schmidt earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University. Through several diverse business experiences, Michael has acquired extensive knowledge of R&D, marketing, operations, product & business development as well as product branding. These skills and leadership experiences were instrumental in positioning a start-up chemical company for sustained growth. Michael accomplished these goals while maintaining an intense training program that allowed him to compete at an international level in Karate and Ju-Jitsu.

Ronald Jones earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Cabrini College and a MBA and Masters of Science in Management from the University of Maryland. While working full-time and maintaining a heavy course load, Ron earned academic recognition in the form of a Class of 2007 Presidential Management Fellows nomination. During his career with a Fortune 500 company, Ron has been involved with developing and implementing operational strategies, process and supply-chain improvement initiatives, lean production programs, and managing regulatory affairs at the district level. An innovative business leader and entrepreneur, Ron brings a strong management and operations background to Biomechanical Technologies.

John R. Manzella Jr. DO, MBA is a board certified physician in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. After graduating from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995, "Dr. Jack" completed a dual residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics from Beth Israel Hospital in 1999. Since graduation, Dr. Jack has been in private practice with his brothers (Drs. Edward and Victor Manzella) in northeastern Pennsylvania. He is also a clinical-education director for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and the medical director of Arcadia Hospice. Dr. Jack emphasizes a natural approach to well being.
